LEADERSHIP
This division is led by one of the most well-respected
pioneers in the IEQ industry. Mr. J. Davidge Warfield,
CMH, CIE, CMR. Mr.Warfield, with over 25 years of
experience, has served on industry standard committees,
teaches training seminars, regularly speaks at national
industry conventions, and has authored over 50 articles
on IAQ, ventilation system hygiene, and mold issues.
The field personnel are led by Mr. Joseph Rogers,
CMH, who offers the industry over 20 years of
hands-on HVAC field experience.
EXPERIENCE
URI Environmental Services has completed commercial
projects in hospitals, universities, hotels, factories,
and office buildings. Such customers include Thomas
Jefferson University Hospital, Penn National Gaming,
Temple University,Vertis Corporation, and University
of Maryland Medical Center.
TRAINED FIELD PERSONNEL
All project management and field personnel are
experienced and maintain current certification in OSHA
10 Construction and Fit-Testing. All personnel receive
training in the area of HVAC system hygiene, microbial
remediation, as well as specific job-related requirements.
SAFETY
All field personnel are required to receive annual
updates on safety, including the 10-hour OSHA
Construction Safety Program. A more defined safety
program, including current MOD rating and insurance
certificate with pollution coverage, is available upon request.
FLEXIBILITY
Our company works closely with facility/property
managers to assure time-sensitive completion while
maintaining best value, and the highest degree of quality.
We understand that working off-hours in some cases is
necessary to eliminate or lessen business interruption.
