Every second counts when it comes to water leaks.  As a general manager of a luxury, hi-rise condominium, when we are experiencing any water intrusion, URI is my first call.  My sales representative, Jeffry Ellis, will answer my calls, day or night, on the first ring, every time.  The crews are always polite, professional and knowledgeable.  They are sensitive to the details and are careful with homeowners’ fine finishes and personal property.  Even the more upset and concerned residents are made to feel at ease by the depth of knowledge, patience and genuine care and concern that the URI technicians are able to provide.  URI keeps us informed every step of the way and meets with the insurance adjusters to ensure all documentation is complete for the insurance claims.  URI has done water mitigation training courses for our maintenance team, has come in to assist with finding water leak sources, and has provided expert support and guidance.  I cannot speak highly enough about Unlimited Restoration, their crews, their service, and their expertise.  I am grateful to have them as a partner. 

King of Prussia Mall used Unlimited Restoration, Inc. for emergency restoration services during two separate floods that occurred at the mall in 2021.  We were very pleased with their services.  They showed up promptly after being notified and mitigated damages by their quick clean up.  It was our first time working with URI and we found them to be honest and professional throughout both events.

Hired Unlimited Restoration for water damage clean up.  They had a team onsite within 90 minutes and kept us informed throughout the process.

I transferred over to the EVS department 3 years ago, being in a new role that you have not been in prior can be very difficult. I can honestly say every single time I have reached out to URI in the last 3 years I have never been let down, no matter how big or how small the issue was.
