Norristown, PA, October 26, 2022 – Maria Mikowski, Business Development Representative at Unlimited Restoration, Inc, has been nominated as a finalist for the 2022 Rookie of the Year Award with the Keystone Chapter of CAI (Community Associations Institute).
The Chapter Rookie of the Year award is given to a member of CAI in their first year of volunteer service with the chapter and who has displayed extraordinary commitment, leadership, and contributions to the chapter.
Additionally, the recipient must demonstrate passion for both their work and CAI’s mission and strive to make an impact within CAI and their respective field of work.
Mikowski has been a member of the Keystone Chapter since April 2022 when she joined the Unlimited Restoration, Inc. team as a Business Development Representative serving commercial and multi-family residential property clients in the Greater Philadelphia and New Jersey markets. Mikowski is based out of the Philadelphia Unlimited Restoration, Inc. office.
She hit the ground running with the chapter, already serving as a member of the Communications and Content Committee, as well as the Gold Star/Communications and Content Sub-Committee. She continues to pursue additional volunteer and leadership opportunities within the organization.
When asked for a highlight of participating in the CAI Keystone Chapter, Mikowski shared, “getting to know all of the welcoming members and playing cornhole at the most recent golf outing, while making some great connections and friends.” The Mary Ann McNulty Memorial Golf Classic is an annual event for the chapter and in 2022 Unlimited Restoration was proud to serve as the Golf Cart Sponsor as well as have Mikowski and URI Director of Sales, Robyn Colajezzi, participate in the event.
As an active participant in the Keystone Chapter, Mikowski has gained value from CAI in more ways than one noting, “I’ve gained a better understanding of what it means to be a property or community association manager and the areas where URI can help remedy some of their issues and provide emergency response and property restoration solutions.”
The Unlimited Restoration, Inc. All winners will be announced Wednesday, November 1st at the Community Associations Institute Keystone Chapter 2022 Excellence Awards Gala & Annual Meeting at the William Penn Inn in Gwynedd, PA.
