URI has added three new salespeople to help grow and support our business in Florida.
Michael Monday has over 20 years of construction management and project management experience, most recently with Environmental Engineering services. Michael has been crucial with preliminary planning to address project logistics and client concerns on all of previous projects. Michael maintains a working relationship with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to address unique environmental concerns and stabilization in disaster recovery and restoration; Administering of contracts awarded for hazardous materials abatement/remediation, demolition, and related fields.
Michael works closely with preparation of design drawings and specifications necessary to solicit bids on large scale GSA contracts, i.e. preparation of project cost estimates, compilation, printing, and distribution of bid documents and arranging and conducting pre-bid meetings.
As a USF Grad from the Tampa Bay Area Justin has 11 years of outside sales.
Some of his focuses were in Healthcare, Government, Construction “PPE” and Circuit boards industry. While having knowledge in multiple industry he can provide a “unique” approach when it comes to any type of situation.
