Unlimited Restoration, Inc. offers a full range of restoration and mitigation services combined with extensive experience from our restoration specialists. This position will be reporting to our Claymont, DE office and servicing the Philadelphia and Northern Delaware areas. We are looking for a driven, experienced commercial/industrial large loss project manager with aspirations of managing their own branch with a company that is committed to culture and an aggressive plan to scale up.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform emergency water extraction and drying services
  • Perform emergency fire/smoke services (including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups and securing structures)
  • Perform on-call rotation, requires evening and weekend work
  • Assist in mold remediation (including demolition and cleaning)
  • Interface with office support staff throughout the life of projects until completion and assist in maintaining quality control standards
  • Provide compassion and understanding to customers
  • Use and read Xactimate scopes to estimate, sell, oversee & manage commercial/industrial restoration & reconstruction projects for Fire, Water, and Mold losses from $5,000 on up to $500,000
  • Manage all aspects of work required while on the job site to include; technicians, laborers, equipment placement, demo, drying logs, photos, notes and sketches
  • Respond to property damage emergency calls
  • Perform site inspections, document losses with accurate measurements, notes and photographs with strong attention to detail;
  • Negotiate restoration services and insurance claims settlements
  • Maintain relationships with Adjusters, Property Managers and Commercial End-Users
  • Manage budgets, schedules and progress of restoration and reconstruction projects, from start to finish while maintaining quality standards
  • Secure unique materials, permits, and equipment as required
  • Participate in design process and permit submittal
  • Perform basic truck, equipment, and building maintenance
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Attend all appropriate company meetings & company sponsored training sessions
  • Additional duties required as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the Restoration Industry, including 5+ years estimating & producing commercial/industrial large loss (mitigation, fire, reconstruction)
  • Experience in a Management/Project Management Role
  • Experience with Job Management Software such as Dash or PSA
  • Proven ability to oversee and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to manage budgets and schedules
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
  • Experience establishing contacts and relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors
  • Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A leader that is self-motivated, responsible, positive, accountable and wears a smile
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Requirements Include:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project & Outlook) and Adobe
  • Proficient in using Xactimate
  • Supervisory Experience
  • IICRC certification (or willingness to obtain) WRT and ASD
  • Ability to climb a ladder
  • Ability to lift at least 75 pounds
  • Ability to work in confined spaces
  • Ability to manage a team of mitigation technicians
  • Knowledge of computers and software, especially MS Office

Desired skills:

  • IICRC certification (Odor, Mold, Fire and Smoke)

Position Summary / Purpose

Establish contact with individuals and organizations that manage and / or own commercial properties for the purpose of arranging scheduled meetings and building relationships with decision-makers that lead to the development of long-term partnerships and commitment to our company as their preferred vendor for restoration services. Help retain existing customers and referral sources through ongoing phone and in-person contact.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain target prospect account lists
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target prospects
  • Obtain commitment from customers to establish our company as their preferred vendor for all restoration services we provide
  • Identify and develop partnerships with appropriate contractors that can provide additional value to our customers as part of our relationship
  • Develop existing customer accounts by expanding the services for which we are their preferred supplier
  • Identify prospect customers consistent with the Business Plan and market strategy and lead the Whale Hunting sales process for large commercial accounts
  • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
  • Attend weekly sales meetings
  • Maintain phone and in-person contact with existing customers
  • Make group presentations to prospect organizations

  • Maintain customer contact database
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials
