Asbestos Awareness – After course completion you will understand the dangers of asbestos, the adverse health side effects, and how to minimize exposure. You will understand the appropriate personal protective equipment you should select and how to safely remove asbestos-contaminated materials. | 2 Hour Course |
Bloodborne Pathogens – The course teaches how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to avoid exposure and what to do if exposed to infectious material. This course is one of the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard. | 1 Hour Course |
Building Automation Systems Operations – By the end of this course, you will be able to identify issues, state the required tasks in daily BAS maintenance, list the data that should be recorded when making changes to points or setpoints and explain the purpose of a failed point report. | 30 Minute Course |
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) – This course prepares students to take the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification exam. You will learn about Business and Management, equipment reliability, manufacturing process reliability and work management. | 18 Hour Course |
Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) – This course prepares technicians to take the Certified Maintenance & Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification exam, and is full of practical, real-world knowledge that any maintenance or reliability professional can use on jobsite. This class is for those responsible for preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance. | 18 Hour Course |
First Aid/CPR/AED – This course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies. We’ll train participants to provide first aid, CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. | 1 Hour Course |
FMP Operations & Maintenance – Students will learn to assess facility needs, manage/oversee operations and maintenance of building, systems, and equipment, manage occupant services, select the best resources, and optimize operations and maintenance performance. | 3 Hour Course |
Healthcare: Environmental Best Practices – Geared towards healthcare industry professionals and vendors who support the industry. This training empowers attendees with a deep understanding of effective environmental cleaning and disinfection practices in the unique healthcare environment. Healthcare: Mold Assessment & Remediation – This course is geared toward healthcare facility maintenance personnel, restoration contractors, and environmental remediation professionals who will be addressing and responding to water damage and suspect mold in healthcare facilities. | 6 Hour Course |
Healthcare: Renovation & Maintenance Best Practices – The course is geared towards general and specialty contractors, facility staff and directors, infection preventionists, and risk managers. The following curriculum is based on the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC) manual, Infection Prevention Manual for Construction & Renovation. | 6 Hour Course |

RRP (Renovation, Repair & Painting) – This course was developed by the EPA, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. You will learn how to renovate, repair, and paint, and work safely in housing with lead-based paint. | 8 Hour Course |
Water Damage Mitigation vs. Restoration – Water mitigation services prevent further damage from happening and are focused on getting your property and belongings out of harm’s way.
