Leadership Team

The URI Leadership team consists of founders and principals Gerry Rogers and Rodney ONeal. Both individuals have more than 29 years of experience in the emergency restoration services industry and are “hands-on” managers involved in day to day URI restoration operations.

Gerry Rogers, CR

Based at the corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, Gerry Rogers is a Certified Restorer, which is the pre-eminent designation in the restoration industry, and raises committed restorers to a higher level of professional ability and commitment to their customers.

Certified Restorers must complete a rigorous training program in multiple disciplines including fire, smoke & water damage restoration, structural restoration, contents restoration, and health & safety training. Upon completion of these pre-requisites, Certified Restorers must attend a week-long course and pass a certification test to earn this designation.

Gerry is also a Certified Mechanical Hygienist, and a licensed, trained Supervisor for Asbestos Remediation.

Rodney ONeal

Rodney ONeal is based at the Maryland office and has an extensive background and experience in structural drying, selective demolition, machinery restoration, specialty blasting such as sponge jetting and sodium bicarbonate, electronic restoration, reconstruction, fire and water remediation, mold remediation, duct cleaning, document remediation and recopying services, and data retrieval.

Mike Feulner

Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer for Unlimited Restoration, Mike is responsible for making major corporate decisions and the overall management of the company’s operations and resources.  Mike started with the company as an Assistant Controller and served as the Director of Finance and Administration before being promoted to his current position of CEO.

Mike has over twenty-five years of combined experience in the construction and financial services industries with experience ranging from construction crew laborer, to lead foreman in the construction industry and staff accountant to Certified Public Accountant in a construction focused public accounting and advisory firm.  In addition to this experience, he was President of his own landscape construction firm for nine years where he was responsible for the sales and overall management and administration of the business. Mike credits this comprehensive experience for his consistent ability to match high-level strategy with day to day operational tactics in all departments.

Although Mike travels regularly to all of URI’s offices, he is based at the corporate headquarters in Pennsylvania, where he lives with his wife and two children.  He is a graduate of Albright College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in the state of Pennsylvania and has served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve as a non-commissioned officer.

Derek Dixon

Director of Sales and Marketing

Derek has more than 30 years of sales and sales management experience predominantly in the commercial business to business marketplace. He has a long successful track record of developing and building sales organizations including field and classroom sales process training. This experience ties in directly to the URI future growth plans in expanding market share and driving profitable results.

Derek has achieved individual sales success achieving President Club, Diamond Level, and CEO Platinum status and his sales teams have consistently led the way in achieving aggressive sales targets while part of large multi-million dollar corporations. Prior to joining URI, Derek led sales teams at Stanley Security, Cintas, and Rentokil Initial. He is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in advertising and business.
