The PREP program is a proactive Business Emergency Response Plan. By gathering building specific information before a disaster strikes, URI is able to deliver a faster response because personnel are aware of key information regarding your business.

URI’s focus is to return all damaged property to its pre-loss condition on time and within budget, while keeping clients informed daily of the expense during the restoration.

One of the most important partners that any property manager can have is mitigation services for those water events that we never can plan for, but always come at the worst times.
