Unlimited Restoration, Inc. (URI) Named MACUHO 2022-2023 Business Affiliate of the Year

College Park, MD — Unlimited Restoration, Inc. (URI) is thrilled to announce that we have been honored with the prestigious MACUHO 2022-2023 Business Affiliate of the Year Award. This esteemed recognition underscores our unwavering commitment to the mission and objectives of the Mid-Atlantic Association of College and University Housing Officers (MACUHO).

The Business Affiliate of the Year Award is a testament to our dedication and outstanding contributions to partners within the MACUHO community, as well as our commitment to advancing the goals set forth in the MACUHO mission statement. We are deeply humbled to have been nominated for this award by Brandon Chandler in recognition of our work at Temple University, where we provided emergency response and restoration services for a critical water loss incident in 2023, among other restoration services to minimize disruption for students, faculty, and staff at the University throughout our partnership.

MACUHO, with its mission to support all members by offering networking and mentoring opportunities, conducting research on contemporary topics, and providing developmental experiences focused on college and university housing, is an organization that shares our values and principles. We are proud to partner with MACUHO and serve the commercial property restoration needs of institutions within its network.

The award was officially presented at the MACUHO Annual Conference, held from October 18 to October 20, 2023, in College Park, MD. This event served as a remarkable platform for professionals in the field of college and university housing to come together, share insights, and celebrate outstanding achievements. Members of the URI team were in attendance to meet MACUHO members during their trade show, as well as accept the Business Affiliate of the Year Award, including (pictured below from left to right): Lance Siever, Director of Operations – Mid-Atlantic; Dylan Vermeesch, Project Manager; Sean Griffin, Account Executive; and Jenny Andrawis, Chief Revenue Officer (not pictured).

Brandon Chandler, MBA, Director of Housing Facilities at Temple University presented the award to URI team members at the event and provided a client testimonial for a recent water damage restoration project URI completed at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
